(REVIEWER NAME) authorizes Hello Houston Organization, LLC doing business as Hello Houston to copyright, use and publish these materials in both print and electronic formats for purposes of publicizing Hello Houston Organization, LLC doing business as Hello Houston.

In addition, (REVIEWER NAME) waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness or my testimony appears. (REVIEWER NAME) agree that (REVIEWER NAME) will make no monetary or other claim against Hello Houston Organization, LLC doing business as Hello Houston for the use of their name, photographs, videos, and testimonial.
